warning (i am a dumbass loser) (but also a winner)...
to the none of you who patiently await for me to update this place hoping that every now and then i might bring a hint of laughter into your day...
for the next couple of days my ability to post in a timely matter will be compromised. i ensure you it is due to matters that are/were completely and totally under my own control and that my level of spitting in the face of karma followed by having the "do it yourself" ability of a blind monkey has led to the demise of something i hold near and dear to my heart...my treo.
the replacement has been ordered and the world will hopefully be right again sooner rather than later. until then lets hope i can write up and schedule a few postings (we'd hate to miss trek the stars tuesday after all) to keep everyone happy.
sadly, this also means i won't be able to troll around some of my favourite sites for a few days...i'll miss you guys!
yes i am aware i suck...but hopefully the story turns out to be humourous.
that said i also bring you good news!
our friends over at canucklehead (yes i have a really unhealthy infatuation with all things canadian, almost as unhealthy as 8 ounces of scotch) had a contest and named me the winner! that's right, i am a WINNER and you are NOT A WINNER.
that of course means you should go click the linky and bask in my greatness. while it seems i can't keep karma happy with me nor can i save my phone from death by idiocy, i can answer a bunch of random questions. this means i'm not as incredibly useless as we all thought (or perhaps it validates exactly that).
in any case, my gratitude goes out to lincoln for killing an hour of my time at work in an entertaining fashion and for being willing to have the eyesore that is my crappy drawing on his sidebar for a bit. thanks!
